REIV/THE AGE - Residential Salesperson of the Year - Tim Heavyside

Tim Heavyside, Fletcher''s No. 1 Property Consultant, was announced as the inaugural Winner of "Residential Sales Person of the Year" at the 13th Annual "REIV / The Age Industry Awards for Excellence", held at Crown Palladium.
The awards recognize outstanding achievement in all areas of real estate practice and the standard of entries was again very high with winners demonstrating outstanding achievement in all areas of real estate practice. The winners represented the very best of the Victorian real estate industry and they set an example that all agents can aspire to over the coming year.
The awards are judged by an independent panel from entries submitted from the REIV’s more than 4,400 members.

The Australian Achiever Awards are an independent, unbiased award system based on assessment ratings from a businesses’ own customers - an indication of a well run business where satisifed customers are a sign that a business is healthy, worthy of praise and increased custom. The award system rates each business across seven different criteria.

The Web Site Award recognises professionalism in utilising web technology to market and sell real estate. This Award recognises the design, functionality and overall success of a web site.

Finalist-REIV Special Projects Marketing Award 2004

Fletchers were selected as Finalists in the REIV Awards for our marketing on the Lichfield Estate campaign in Balwyn. This was a major residential development site in an otherwise established area and subsequently generated much interest from the local community.
