Kew East Suburb Profile

Located north-east and 9 km from Melbourne's central business district, Kew East is wedged into a small pocket between Kew to the south and west, North Balwyn to the east and the Yarra River in the north. Kew East Real Estate features original timber construction houses built between 1920 and 1940. There is an increasing renewal of homes and construction of units under way in the suburb fuelled by the excellent access the suburb affords its 6,140 residents to the city, to an outstanding array of schools and the fine shopping nearby.
