Tim Fletcher FAPI, FREI, CEA (REIV)
Executive Chairman Fletchers Group
With over 40 years in the real estate industry and a third generation real estate practitioner, they don’t get any more experienced than Tim. As Executive Chairman, Tim brings to the group a vast amount of real estate knowledge and an unparallel media presence. Tim believes strongly in passing on his experiences and expertise to Fletchers people, through coaching, training and general encouragement. As a recognized senior spokesperson for the Victorian property market, Tim provides the Fletchers network with excellent media exposure.

Robert Fletcher FREI, CEA (REIV)
Director, Project Marketing
Experienced in all facets of the real estate profession and a recognized leader in Project Marketing. With over 35 years in the industry, Rob brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Rob is also a third generation real estate practitioner and has been instrumental in many of the firm’s industry leading initiatives around marketing and customer service. Rob provides our franchisees with strong support in the projects area as well as assistance with general real estate practices.

Bradley Brown
CEO Fletchers Group
For over 20 years Bradley has worked in the service industry where he has been recognised as a pioneer and innovator for his work as one of the earlier professional managers in service firms. As the lead member of the Management Team, Bradley is responsible for ensuring that the Fletchers organisation achieves outstanding outcomes for its clients and that its people maintain their reputation as being the best in the real estate industry. Over the last 8 years as Fletchers CEO Bradley has focused his attention on creating an unparalleled sales system and supporting infrastructure with an emphasis on people development and training. During his tenure at Fletchers, profit has grown by over 1,500%, the average gross annual commission per sales person is up by more than 300%, sales listing closing rate has doubled and staff turnover is almost non-existent. Bradley provides leadership and management support to our franchisees in the running of their business as well as conducting a number of the Fletchers training courses.

Andrew Paterson
Director, Property Management
Since 1988 Andrew has worked in the property management sector of the real estate industry initially gaining his experience with two Eastern Suburbs Agencies with significant rental rolls. As the leader of Fletchers Property Management, Andrew is responsible for ensuring that his department achieves outstanding levels of service for its clients and that his team maintains their reputation as being the best property managers in the real estate industry. Over the last 11 years at Fletchers as The Company Property Manager, Andrew has focused his efforts on creating a systems orientated property management department with a supporting infrastructure. This has led to the total number of properties under management growing organically by over 900% and revenue increasing by more than 1,600%. Andrew provides leadership and management support on a consultative basis to our franchisees in the running of their property management business.

Adam Parrott
Sales Performance Team Leader
Adam came to Fletchers with extensive experience in the corporate environment with expertise in the area of people leadership and strategy development. Having led a variety of sales teams he focuses on the performance of the individual with an emphasis on team success and positive outcomes. He possesses an empathetic and personal coaching and mentoring style that engages the individual and encourages them to be the very best they can be. His experience in managing organisational change and building dynamic team cultures will add significant value in the ongoing development of the Fletchers team of people. Possessing a repertoire of technical and commercial skills including experience in establishing new businesses, Adam provides Fletchers with a strong strategic resource to assist our franchisees to expand their business. Adam provides an industry leading framework to develop the practice areas of each of our franchisees and the individual businesses of each of their sales people. He also provides support in empowering our franchisees to lead and mentor their teams effectively to deliver individual and team results.

Lisa Fletcher
Marketing Team Leader
With over 20 years in the real estate industry, having worked from the ground up, Lisa has a thorough understanding of the needs of our front line operators when it comes to delivering marketing support. Our marketing team provides assistance to our offices, in the design, creation and delivery of client and agent marketing. Lisa is charged with overseeing the Fletchers brand and image. Lisa provides support to our franchisees in utilising Fletchers vast amount of client and agent marketing materials most effectively.

Jacqui Litvik
Financial Services Team Leader
After almost 15 years in the real estate sector, Jacqui leads our Financial Services team with outstanding knowledge and a practical approach to providing service excellence to our internal and external clients. She has assisted in the implementation of a number of different real estate trust packages and systems to support a thriving office. Jacqui provides assistance to our franchisees in the development and conduct of their trust and financial accounting systems.

Nelson Hughes
IT Team Leader
With more than 15 years in the general IT area and 5 years with Fletchers, Nelson is a highly skilled IT professional with a terrific understanding of the technology requirements and issues in a real estate environment. Overseeing, Fletchers significant IT infrastructure, including the firm’s WAN, desktops and laptops, telecommunication systems, and handhelds is just part of the job for Nelson. Nelson provides to our franchisees an interface between Fletchers Head Office and their own office technology advisors and provides a strong can-do attitude in servicing the technical demands of our people.

Jenni Presutto
Client Relationship Management (CRM) Coordinator
Jenni has worked in IT, account management and office administration for over 20 years for many leading Australian companies including the last 8 years with Fletchers. Originally employed to establish Fletchers WAN Network, Jenni’s work has continued in the IT area with her exclusive commitment over the last 2 years to the development of Fletchers CRM system. She is focused on helping each sales person to maximize the use of the system to gain the greatest benefit from this powerful application and provide industry leading value in the relationship between agent and client. Jenni provides to our franchisees a systematic approach to the application and execution of CRM into each office and working closely with each sales person and the office support team to ensure effective use of this valuable database vehicle.

Sally Rothberg
Communications Coordinator
Sally has coordinated Fletchers online presence for over 4 years. With an extensive background in online and print media, Sally oversees Fletchers major portals, keeps the Fletchers website up to date, and produces weekly and monthly email and hard copy newsletters and bulletins. She possesses a great appreciation for the marketing needs of our sales people as she works with the marketing team to produce print ads, boards, brochures and other marketing materials. Sally provides our franchisees with tremendous technical expertise and support to ensure they effectively optimise their marketing communication.
