Leading Change

Our Leading Change course is often conducted at the start of a major project, first for the key stakeholders and then for the rest of the organisation. It is effective as the launching point for change programs. Agency Solutions believe that your people are entitled to, but will also perform better, leading the organisation to having the best chance at achieving its objectives, if your people understand the "why" and the "how", not just the "what".

With this objective in mind, we structure a very focused course (one session or more) to provide your people, with an overview of what will be happening, why it is happening, how they will be involved and what they can do to help make it a successful process.
