Agency Solutions consultants do not approach providing services to our clients in the real estate area from any sort of theoretical basis, but rather from a practical one. Our "can do" approach has been born out of years of hands on leading and managing at senior levels within leading real estate agencies as well as professional service firms.

Our consultants have been involved with single and muti – office environments, sole proprietors, numerous directors and franchise operators in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

They have seen it all, new branding, merged entity struggles, new commission systems and staff entitlement programs. To the outsourcing of services and storage to complete reengineering of in-house systems, sales approach’s and database implementation. There is not much that happens within a real estate agency, which we have not seen before.
