Quality Methods & Tools

Our Quality Methods and Tools course will take your people through some general concepts of quality, and will focus its specific content on quality methods and tools which would be most relevant for your organisation. We draw on several leading quality models for our inspiration.

This course is designed for anyone involved in the process of improving the service delivery within the organisation or to its external clients.

We will use real issues from within your oganisation to work through a series of exercises designed at converting the theory into a working methodology.

Your people who have attended this course will be comfortable in using several different tools that will assist them to analyse and improve upon existing processes, which have been targeted for improvement.
