Our Management and Staff Skills Development course is a practical exercise based program designed at ensuring your key stakeholders are able to:

• Ensure effective processes are in place,

• Internal controls are functioning as intended,

• People are onboard to deliver the vision,

• Resources are available and used effectively.

Drawing on state of the art thinking on the subject of management, we work through the theory of management. In doing so use real live issues facing your people and provide through the group interaction strategies and tools to effectively manage the issues back in the workplace. This course is often combined with the Leadership Development Course, which is a very potent double.
