Our Interviewing Skills course is designed to teach your people the aspects involved in conducting an interview, but most importantly the subtleties involved in making the time spent in the interview process effective for the organisation.

This course is designed for anyone within your organisation who will be involved in interviewing others. These interviews may be positions within the firm, for interviewing client personnel or for other purposes.

The participants will learn the theory involved with effective interviews and have an opportunity to build an interview plan and conduct mock interviews to hone their skills.
