Training Courses

wE'RE WELL TRAINED TO MAKE YOUR MOMENT COUNT!

All of our training courses are designed to provide sound up to date theory but in a practical setting. In this way your people can apply what they are learning straight away in the work place. All of our courses lend themselves to allowing your people to actually work through live issues as they progress through exercises during the course. They are conducted in a workshop style, where regular and focused participant involvement is a major aspect of the course

The courses are only conducted on an organisational basis (no public courses), however one-on-one or small group coaching is available.

All of our courses can be tailored to meet your particular requirements as well as being grouped together in any combination to create a custom training program for your organisation.

We find that a follow-up coaching session on an individual or group basis can in many instances add considerable value to the investment already made.

The time commitment for each course is up to you. We will, after your understanding the current situation and your objectives, make recommendations as to the amount of time your participants should spend in the course(s) to achieve your objectives.

The courses below are available off the shelf but are always customised for your organisation. We are also able to develop or source other courses to meet your needs.
