It is no secret that stress is a major health issue and often a problem in the workforce. Our course Stress Management is a practical approach to understanding the causes of workplace stress. It also focuses on providing the particpants with a range of strategies to alleviate the "bad stress" from their lives and cope with the "good stress" more effectively.

This course is best run for a group of people as the most stressed people can benefit from the group interaction, but are often the most reluctant to participate in the first place.
